Hello! I have an awesome experience that I forgot to share with you last week. So I was on exchanges with Elder Franco, and we were driving to a house we had planned to go to and he felt a strong impression to go left when the gps told him to go right. So we were driving and saw this guys sitting out on the stairs to his front door having a smoke. So we parked the car and we were going to go talk to him, but he had went inside and we saw some people moving in and so we helped them really quick. Then we were about to get back in the car and we stopped and we both asked should we go knock on the door of the house where we saw that guy smoking? And we both felt like we should. So we knocked on the door and this Hispanic lady answered and we got to know her for a few minutes and then her boyfriend(the guy we saw smoking) came out and we transitioned to more of a religious conversation and the lady who originally answered the door eventually shared how she had prayed to God the night before for help in her family situation and we shared with her how we believed that we came as an answer that prayer, to share the Book of Mormon with her and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We then had to leave and so we got their info and sent it to the people that covered the area that they live in. Anyway it was a really cool experience to be a direct answer to someone's prayers and hopefully their family situation improves. Yesterday Elder Child and I both gave talks on peace. Peace no matter the circumstance, even peace during war or chaos. This peace, true inner peace, comes from Christ. My favorite talk I came across while studying for this talk was Peace - A Triumph of Principles by Marvin J. Ashton in the October 1985 General Conference. I would strongly encourage reading over this talk, it has helped me out a lot. We are getting so close to teaching more people, our area is getting there, miracles are all around. I love you guys!
