Hello friends and family! Today was a good day. We did our laundry, shot each other with nerf guns and went shopping! Then we had our p-day activity with the rest of the Elders in the zone. We played some chair soccer, where you set up chairs in a circle on the gym and then you have a designated chair, you don't let the soccer ball hit that chair and you make the soccer ball hit everyone else's chairs to win. We played three times. I got out pretty quick the first two games, and got second in the last game. Then we played speedball which is kinda like ultimate except you use a volleyball and score by putting it in the basketball hoop with a few other minor rules in there. Then we finished with some basketball. So to tell you a little more about our new Stake, it's massive. It starts on flat ground but goes up to the mountain and surrounds the Bountiful Temple. The high-councilman and Ward Mission Leaders in the stake are fantastic and lead the missionary work in their stake by example. We have some appointments with investigators in this new Stake soon and I will let y'all know how they go. In Bountiful South Stake, a miracle happened this last week! So we have been trying to meet this 12yr old that the Bishop of his ward has described as a "dry Mormon" meaning he is basically already Mormon he just needs to be baptized to make it official. We had been trying to meet this 12yr old for about a month and it just wasn't working out so we asked out Leaders and they said just leave the situation alone for a week and then come back to it. So that's what we did. Two days after the week was up we met the 12yr old right as we were walking out of a church building and on our way to an appointment. So we have an appointment with him scheduled for this Saturday! I'm so pumped to get to know this kid! There are miracles all around in our lives and if we follow the Spirit and listen to our leaders, we will be blessed to recognize those miracles. I love you all!!
